Steve LaConte General TSCX stands for the former owners of the cars Ted and Shirly Church. Mr. Church was an executive with the NYC, then Penn Central. You can see His former office car (PC 7) a former NYC baggage car with end doors, and his string of former troop cars converted by NYC to express service cars. 3 of the cars have his railroadiana and memoribilia inside.
